Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve has a pale golden color and an aroma of fresh fruits, including citrus, apple, and pear, along with floral notes of white flowers and hints of brioche and almond. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a good acidity and flavors of green apple, lemon, and peach, along with a subtle hint of minerality. The finish is long and clean, with a refreshing aftertaste. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes gives it a well-balanced and harmonious character, with a good structure and complexity.
Best enjoyed chilled, at around 8-10°C, and it is a good choice to pair with seafood, shellfish, or creamy cheeses.
