Crème Brûlée

Crème brûlée is a decadent and luxurious dessert that is made with a rich custard base of cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla. The custard is baked in individual ramekins until it's set, then chilled until it's ready to be served. Just before serving, a layer of sugar is sprinkled on top of the custard and then caramelised with a torch or under a broiler, creating a thin and crispy layer of caramelised sugar.

The custard itself is velvety and creamy, with a subtle sweetness and a hint of vanilla. Garnished with your choice of fresh berries, mint leaves, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
