Le C de Calon Ségur is the second wine of Château Calon Ségur, a Bordeaux wine estate located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation on the Left Bank of the Gironde river.
The wine is made using a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes, and is aged for around 18 months in oak barrels, with around 30% new oak.
Le C de Calon Ségur is generally considered to be a more approachable and affordable alternative to the Château Calon Ségur Grand Vin, and is often produced in smaller quantities.
