Taste and food pairing idea
Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Taste: Clear and brilliant with a yellow robe tending towards straw. On the nose, intense intensity aromas of toast, vanilla, toasted, fruity white peach, stone fruit, sweet white flowers, elderberry. On the palate, of medium consistency and high aromatic intensity with notes of toast, peach, vanilla, grapefruit, a little buttered side, without being very very fatty. Quite persistent and long.
Food Pairing: Pasta, Rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), Shellfish, Mild and soft cheese, Cured Meat
