An Atout signature dish. A traditional classic French hearty dish. The wagyu short ribs is slowly braised in red wine till soft and tender. Best to be served alongside some smooth mashed potatoes.

Deliver chilled: Vacuum Packed, cold

Shelf life: 7 days from delivery date, store in the fridge at 0°C to 3°C or 1 month in the freezer

Ingredients: Wagyu Short Ribs, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, red wine, herbs.


Reheating Method

In a Water Bath

  1. Simply place the bag in simmering water for 30 minutes
    (Do Not Place The Bag In Boiling Water, Water Should Not Be Above 85'C)

    In Microwave

    1. Open package and pour into a microwavable box, partially open the lid of the box
    2. Process 6 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat process if necessary
    3. Remove from microwave 
    4. Serve and enjoy

    In a Sauce Pan

    1. Pour contents into a pan
    2. On a low/med heat, slowly warm up the stew
    3. Stir the contents to ensure the bottom does not burn (for around 30mins)
    4. Adjust the seasoning, serve and enjoy
