Rillettes are a French traditional preparation of meat. The salmon is poached in a stock until cooked. After which it is shredded and mixed with a white wine cream sauce.

 

Deliver chilled: In a take away box, ready to eat

Shelf life: 3 days upon delivery, store in the fridge at 0°C to 3°C

Ingredients: Salmon, cream, white wine, herbs

Serving method: Served chilled. Best topped with a sprinkle of sea salt, olive oil and fresh dill.
