Full-bodied and rich flavour profile
Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, with a portion of the Pinot Noir as a red wine to give the wine its pink color.
On the nose, it is characterised by intense aromas of red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, along with notes of citrus and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with a fine and persistent mousse, a lively acidity, and flavours of ripe fruit, a touch of mineral, and a hint of oak. The finish is long and complex, with a delicate balance between fruit, acidity, and oak.
Pairs well with a wide range of foods, including seafood, poultry, and richer pasta dishes, and is also a great wine to enjoy on its own as an aperitif or with a cheese course.
