Complex and balanced flavour profile

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Montmain vineyard of the Chablis 1er Cru appellation in the Burgundy region in France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for several months.

The wine is of pale gold color, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of mineral, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes ripe citrus fruit, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with hints of toasted oak, vanilla, and a subtle minerals. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a long and satisfying finish.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, and seafood salads, as well as light appetizers and cheeses.
