Grilled Sardines with Lemon
Salt & Pepper
- Thaw sardines in fridge.
- Dab dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, lemon & paprika.
- Heat oil over high heat in a nonstick skillet. Once the oil is smoking, add sardine and cook till golden brown.Flip sardines over and cook till browned.
- Remove from heat and place on a plate to rest.
- Garnis with parsley and lemon wedge.
Do not move or stir them until they have a golden-brown crust.
