Grilled Sardines with Lemon

Ingredients required
Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper

  • Thaw sardines in fridge.
  • Dab dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, lemon & paprika.
  • Heat oil over high heat in a nonstick skillet. Once the oil is smoking, add sardine and cook till golden brown.Flip sardines over and cook till browned.
  • Remove from heat and place on a plate to rest.
  • Garnis with parsley and lemon wedge.


To note:

Do not move or stir them until they have a golden-brown crust.
