Ingredients: Beef cheek, Yellow onion, Shallot, Carrot, Leek, Celery, Garlic, Jus de veau, Red cooking wine, Bayleaf, Thyme, Salt & Pepper

Reheating Method

In a Water Bath

1. After defrosting simply place the bag in simmering water for 30 minutes
   

    (Do Not Place The Bag In Boiling Water, Water Should Not Be Above 85'C)

In Microwave

1. Open package after defrosting and pour into a microwavable box, partially open the lid of the box
2. Process 6 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat process if necessary
3. Remove from microwave 
4. Serve and enjoy

In a Sauce Pan

1. After defrosting pour contents into a pan
2. On a low/med heat, slowly warm up the stew
3. Stir the contents to ensure the bottom does not burn (for around 30mins)
4. Adjust the seasoning, serve and enjoy
