Elegant and complex flavour profile
Made with a blend of Chardonnay and Aligoté grapes, which are grown in the Burgundy region of France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for several months.
The wine is of pale gold color, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of mineral, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes tart citrus fruit, subtle mineral, and a hint of creaminess. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a long and satisfying finish.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, and seafood salads, as well as light appetizers and cheeses.
