Dark fruits and full-bodied flavour profile
Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and other traditional grape varieties that are grown on the estate's vineyards.
It has a deep ruby color and an aroma of black fruits, including blackberry, black cherry, and plum, along with notes of spices, herbs, and a hint of earthiness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with flavours of dark fruits, chocolate, and coffee, along with a hint of minerality and a well-balanced acidity. The tannins are firm and well-structured, giving the wine a good aging potential. It has a complex and elegant character, with a good balance between fruitiness and tannins.
Best enjoyed with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or strong cheeses.
