Dark fruits and full-bodied flavour profile
Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, which are grown in the region's vineyards.
It has a pale yellow color and an aroma of citrus fruits, including lemon, lime, and grapefruit, along with notes of green apple, white flowers, and brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with flavours of apple, pear, and honey, along with a hint of mineral and a well-balanced acidity. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving the wine a creamy texture and a long finish. It has a refined and elegant character, with a good balance between fruitiness and acidity.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes, such as oysters or shrimp.
