Our farmed Hungarian rabbit is braised in a white wine mustard cream sauce.


Deliver chilled: In a vacuum bag

Shelf life: 7 days from delivery date, store in the fridge at 0°C to 3°C or 1 month in the freezer

Ingredients: Rabbit, vegetables, mustard, seed mustard, cream

Reheating Method

In a Water Bath

  1. Simply place the bag in simmering water for 40-45minutes

In Microwave

  1. Open package and pour into a microwavable box, partially open the lid of the box
  2. Process 6 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat process if necessary
  3. Remove from microwave 
  4. Serve and enjoy

In a Sauce Pan

  1. Pour contents into a pan
  2. On a low/med heat, slowly warm up the stew
  3. Stir the contents to ensure the bottom does not burn (for around 30mins)
  4. Adjust the seasoning, serve and enjoy
