Grape Variety: 40% Grenache 20% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% Rousanne, 5% Counoise
Taste: Simple and uncomplicated despite the number of grapes in the composition. Slight herbal touches, licorice. Very soft tannins. Hints of honey. Easy to drink yet flavourful.
