Citrus and refreshing flavour profile
A white wine from the Bekaa Valley region of Lebanon. It is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Clairette. In the glass, it exhibits a pale gold color with green reflections. On the nose, it displays a complex bouquet of citrus fruit, such as lemon and grapefruit, with hints of peach, apricot, and a touch of floral notes.
On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of citrus fruit, green apple, and a touch of minerality. The wine has a good balance between acidity and fruit, with a long and persistent finish.
Pairs well with seafood, such as grilled shrimp, oysters, and sushi, as well as with fresh salads and soft cheeses.
