Made from a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Petit Verdot.
It displays a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it exhibits a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, with hints of cedar, tobacco, and vanilla. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a smooth and elegant structure. The flavours of dark fruit and spice are evident, with a touch of mineral and earthiness. The wine has well-integrated tannins and a long finish, with a good balance between acidity and fruit.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, and hard cheeses.
