Complex and elegant flavour profile
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented and aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months. The resulting wine is a pale gold color, with aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of honey, along with subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with a flavour profile that includes ripe fruit, such as peach and apricot, along with subtle hints of vanilla and oak. The wine has a crisp acidity and a long and satisfying finish.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as roasted poultry, grilled seafood, or creamy pasta dishes.
