Borde Cepes Porcini Mushrooms
Porcini mushroom is available throughout the year but when fresh, they are only available June to November.
Cepes Porcini dried mushrooms were dried with a simple, natural process, to preserves all the taste qualities and aromas of mushrooms. Once rehydrated, they will have all the characteristics of a fresh mushroom and can be cooked in the same way.
How to :
1 / Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes.
2 / Drain them then immerse them in boiling water for 1 minute.
3 / Drain the mushrooms again before preparing them according to the chosen recipe!
