Complexity and depth flavour profile

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are grown in the Morey-Saint-Denis appellation of the Burgundy region in France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for several months.

The wine is of deep ruby red color, with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes ripe black fruit, such as black cherry and blackberry, along with notes of vanilla, oak, and a subtle earthy undertone. The wine has a smooth texture, a firm tannic structure, and a long and satisfying finish.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and rich stews.
